Green Cutting Board

Hi Paul. This is not a cake related question, but I saw you working on a green cutting board and I want to ask you where can I buy it? and Can you please tell me the measurements. Thanks you in advance.. I also want to tell you that I will love to teach in your school one day. You inspire me so very much. You were the first person that I saw when I first started cake decorating three years ago that made a big impact in my cake decorating passion. I wanted to learn from you back then so very much but I couldn’t afford your classes never the less take a trip to your country, love the view by the way. I still can but when I saw you again teaching on line $17.00 dollars now!! that! I can afford.. Lol! Thank you so much for inspiring me with your wonderful, artistic, amazing, awesome talent. I have learned from you and I hope I can continue on learning more from one of the best artist I know. I want to thank you for that. Thank you also for having Mc Greevy cakes and Brenda Walton over to teach, they also inspired me. God bless.

Hi goodgoodies

The green board which Paul uses is made of non stick material for rolling out fondant. You should be able to buy it from online cake decorating stores, ebay and amazon. The company I bought mine from ships world wide but the carriage will be expensive, even here in the UK. This is where I bought mine from:

I’m sure you will be able to find a supplier closer to where you are based.

I agree with you, Paul is a wonderful, generous teacher and a very clever sugar artist. We are all very lucky to have him as our guru. It’s great that you are enrolled on the online classes, there is much to learn. Paul and David are living in Spain at the moment but are returning back to the UK next month to re establish the school in Scotland. Have look here at the new location in Scotland http://www.cakeflix.com/cakedecoratingcourses
The view which you can see in the tutorials is also from Scotland before the school moved to Spain.
Hopefully you will be able to take a class with Paul in the future not only to enjoy being taught by such a great teacher but also to enjoy the beautiful country of Scotland. Good luck! x
