Paul’s amazing chocolate cake as a tray bake
I want to make Paul’s delicious chocolate cake into a 14”x10” tray bake. How do I adjust the cooking time? Thanks.
The calculation for baking time is not straight forward as a shallower cake requires slightly less baking time. It also depends on the type of oven you're using. It's a matter of knowing your oven rather than recalculating from someone else's baking times.
I usually stick to the given temperature and keep an eye nose on the baking.
