Paul’s Cake of the week

HI

Probably a silly question but can the top to bottom method be used on real cakes in order to achieve an easier way of getting a sharp edged cake? Or would this only work on an iced dummy?

I used the method on an 8″ cake last week and it worked a treat. I can’t flip over anything heavier than an 8″ so just be sure that you’re confident in your muscle power if you’re lifting a bigger cake!
Follow the tut and you won’t have a problem. x
