Hi

I’d like to try making the chocolate cake from free lesson but I don’t need 6″ &10″ cakes, can anyone tell me the measurements for a single 8″ or 9″ or even 10″ cake please.

You can take half of the measures for a single 8”. I made it like that but took the hole measure for chocolate ganache. Iwasn’t sure is going to be enough for one cake. It was too much, but I used it again for another cake few days later. Just keep it in frigde.

Thank you very much carmensilva, I thought that would be the case of just taking the half of the quantity but wasn’t sure.
