Hi – just checking what the sugar quantity should be in the above cake as on the video tutorial it says 525g but under ingredients it says 225g…. not sure which is the correct quantity?

Paul is sure that the commentary is correct and the recipe is wrong. I have corrected the ingredient list and will create a new downloadable ingredient list tomorrow.

Thanks David – I made it the other day with the video commentary quantities. Seems to have come out lovely – it will be eaten over the weekend and I’m sure it’ll get a big thumbs up!
