I have been asked to make a Percy from Thomas the Tank Engine cake, does anyone know if there is a template I could use for cutting the cake??

I believe Debbie Brown has instructions for Thomas which could be adapted for Percy. If you google ‘debbie brown thomas cake instructions’ I believe you may be taken to downloadable pdf. There are some instructions in youtube as well. I would give you a link but there are too many to choose from.
