I can’t get any videos on my computer or iPad, the site comes up but when I press the lesson the video does not show.

First make sure you’re logged in. Try coming out of the tutorial completely and go back, that’s what I do and it usually works. If you still can’t get it to play there are more suggestions here http://www.cakeflix.com/help-and-support
Scroll down to technical support and click on the last topic which deals with videos not playing. If all fails, contact [email protected] and explain the exact nature of your problem for him to help. Hope you’re soon viewing. x
