The moist chocolate cake will need to be carved either very chilled or slightly frozen. It carves beautifully, I used the cake for many projects. For hints and tips to help you achieve a successful bake I do recommend that you read the many member comments which the recipe generated. See the comments, particularly the later ones
The whole recipe fits into one 10″ square tin. If you need to convert tin sizes there is a ready reckoner here
