Where has the pricing grid and the section on costing gone?

The pricing grid is in the Pro Courses chapter 3 lesson 3 sub sections 1 and 2. If you are not subscribed to the Pro courses the lessons will not be accessible. Hope this helps.

Yes I have got all the course material on that address. I only seem to get an overview of all of the courses now. I only got the first part which was insurance by logging on there was nothing else in that course. I am a pro member so I don’t know why this is happening. But thanks for that anyway.
