Problems with playing a lesson in bride & groom rose wedding cake

One of the lessons doesn’t seem to be playing for me. It starts for about 2 seconds (flashing up the blue from the intro) and then goes straight onto the next lesson. It’s the one in day 2 where Paul is making the groom. Anyone else had problems, or perhaps it could be looked at by the technical team? thanks!

i have the same problems in almost every single lesson i click…i was wondering whether wecre limited to watch a lessonper week?…any thoughts? thanks

No, I can still play the other lessons and other tutorials. Your problem might be your connection speed or the time of day? (Not that I profess to know that much about all these things – it’s what my other half says!!) I often have problems early evening.

Hi, they know there is a problem. You should be able to see another copy of that lesson that Paul has added underneath the screenshot when you first access the course?

Thanks for bringing this to our attention. There is no limit on the amount of videos you can watch each week, this just sounds like a technical difficulty.

It’s always worth trying a different browser with these kinds of issues. I’ve just been able to watch that particular video just fine using Google chrome and I would recommend either that or Firefox.

Your connection might be the issue however with the video jumping like that it doesn’t sound like it is. I take it its only the playlist versions of the videos that your having trouble with? I could ad this video as a separate instance (not in the play list) and see if that helps.

Thanks but it’s a different one doodlecake! It’s day 2 lesson 4 I’m having problems with.

Paul – it does work in another browser. Should have thought about that as I’d had to change browser for less interruptions watching them in the first place! It plays in the original one!
