Purple colour
Paul uses a lovely purple colour in his lesson for the horses head. I have used purple many times but it fades dreadfully to a light grey colour even though I ensure all my blinds are down to avoid direct sun. Can you say which brand he uses and does it fade?

Paul uses a lot of Renshaw’s sugar paste, the purple may well be that brand. Rainbow Dust make Progel purple concentrated colour which I find very good. It can be purchased online from most cake decorating stores or ebay and amazon:
