rapeseed oil

As I can’t find rapeseed oil here in Australia. Is Canola oil ok to use and do I use the same amount for the Chocolate cake Thank you


Hi Susane

Paul used the rapeseed oil because he likes the nutty taste, you can use any oil you want, (avoiding heavy olive oil). I used Flora vegetable oil, and Canola is just fine.
