Re Rose Quartz Deco Cake

I have a question about the Lower tier of the Deco cake. The dry brush used for buffing, what kind of brush is it? It looks like a kabuki brush hehehe If it’s a pastry brush, I haven’t seen one that size. Any suggestions where I can find it? Or… would it be okay to use a brush in a different shape or different bristles?
Thanks in advance

Hi Sarah

I think as long as it’s a very soft and it’s not going to roughen up the cake, it should be fine. Some people use makeup brushes which is what Faye’s brush appears to be. I use soft round headed paint brushes from my local art store. Use what you feel comfortable with or leave a comment under the tutorial video for Faye. I’m sure she’s get back to you. Hope this helps.
