Hi
Looking for a red velvet cake recipe, for an 8inch round cake as part of a 4 tier wedding cake.

I will fill with white chocolate buttercream and ganache either with white chocolate or milk chocolate before covering with fondant. It will also have a couple of tiers on top.

Can i use sugarflair colouring or should i buy red food colouring like Dr Otker ?

You can use any red colour liquid ,paste or gels
