Rescuing ganache!?

Clearly miscalculated and have very runny ganache after overnight in fridge!! Is it possible to rescue by melting more chocolate and adding this or do I give up and start again?


Hiya I would say its def worth a go and don’t worry if you put too much in just add small dash of milk to loosen and smooth out and make silky. Good luck x
