Hi I am seeing paul bradford video on rocking Rudolf I can only see 1 and 2 video can’t see the 3 and 4 it not loading can u see if there is problem at your end .

Sorry to hear that you are having problems viewing the lessons on Paul’s Rockin’ Rudolph tutorial….

There are 23 lessons plus the overview and they are all loading ok on my browser.

There are a couple of things that could be causing the issue:

1. Connection speed – if you are getting the spinning wheel then its likely that the video load is buffering, which is usually down to broadband speed or other apps that are open on your device that require a connection
2. Browser cache issues – always clear your browser cache (google instructions for your specific device). Google Chrome seems to be the best for loading videos, but clearing the data cache on other browsers will also do the trick

Please try these options and if that doesn’t work please give some further details as to what the error looks like from your end.
