scaling up/down cakes recipes
Hiya all, When you use the ready reckoner to scale a recipe do you round up or down the amount of eggs? For example im trying to scale a chocolate recipe to 10″ round and its saying 3.4 eggs etc would you round down to 3 or up to 4?
