Welcome to the Cake Decorators Q&A
Selling cakes by the slice on a market stall
Hi
I have recently attended a Sunday market and sold my cakey creations!
I made a deep red velvet cake and a deep chocolate cake and other treats.
However I did not realise until it was too late that the deep slices did not fit into the plastic individual cake slice boxes that I purchased!
I has to rush out and buy some paper plates and cling film.
Does anyone have any better ideas to package deep cake slices?
Thank you in advance for your help.
Rachael

Hi Rachael
How about something like this:

There are loads more to see if you google ‘cake slice boxes’ or ‘cake wedge boxes’ or even ‘individual cake slice boxes’. You may be able to get small deep cake boxes, baby versions of the regular cake boxes. Choose the measurements which best suit your slices.
