Hi All
I’ve only used cream cheese frosting twice and used philadelphia. How long can you keep any unused frosting in the fridge? Is it until the sell by date of the cheese>
Been looking for any earlier questions related to this but can’t find any.

I frozen cream cheese frosting for a couple of weeks and it was fine. I wouldn’t go by the sell by date, cream cheese behaves differently to buttercream. If you’re unsure smell and taste it, you’ll soon know if it has turned.
