On the guitar cake, at the end Paul uses a spray to make the cake shiny. Any idea what is this spray and its usage?

It’s PME glaze spray, it comes in different colours or just a plain spray which makes the fondant glossy. They all help to seal in the colour of the fondant too. You can get them from your local cake decorating store or online from cake decorating suppliers.
