Hi
I’m stacking a 6″ Pauls Chocolate cake onto an 8″lemon sponge cake.

I have dowled the lemon cake.
Do I need to leave the 6″ cake on a cake card and stack onto the cake with the card in place or do I stack the chocolate cake onto the lemon cake without a cake card?

Yes, you must keep the chocolate cake on it’s own card before placing onto the cake below.
