hi paul what is the glue called that you use to stick your fondant please and where can I get it I’m in Plymouth uk yours sue richards

Paul uses water and tylose powder to make edible glue. In a screw top jar or a sealable container, pour in about 60ml of hot water and add half a teaspoon of tylose powder. Do the top up, give it a shake and leave it overnight to make a clear glue. Have a look online for other recipes using sugarpaste or gumpaste and water just google how to make edible glue. You can also use piping gel or cooled boiled water.
Have a look in your local cake decorating shop for supplies. Plymouth has a lovely Hobbycraft store located at Friary retail park, they keep everything in their cake decorating aisle.
