Sugar flowers on buttercream icing
Needing advice on placing sugar flowers on a buttercream iced cake. Can the wired and posy-picked flowers sit directly on the cake? My worry is the sugar flowers going limp. TIA

If the flowers are against the cake for a long time, they will begin to soften. However, if you paint the back of the flowers with candy melts or tempered white chocolate they will remain firm.
