Hi is there a table which you can refer to which tells you how much sugarpaste you would need to cover round and square cakes. Would be handy to know how much sugarpaste I have to buy instead of guessing.

Hi. Mitch Turners Couture Wedding Cakes book has a really good chart for amounts for covering with sugarpaste, marzipan and for cake boards as well as cakes. It’s quite pricey though
