Support for top tier Shard Cake Urgent help needed
Do ypu ned to add support to the cake when you place those heavy roses on top of the cake? I am ready to assemble an 8″ square dense chocolate cake. My roses for the top weigh about 1 1/2 pounds.

Paul doesn’t seem to have used a support but if you feel your cake would benefit from one you could use a small cake card and use some dowels to support the card and roses.
