I’m doing my very first wedding fair on the 19th of January and Paul had mentioned about offering 5 different types of Cake, Plain, Chocolate with Baileys, Fruit, Lemon with Limoncello and I think the last one was Toffee!
I’m planning on making a 6″ of each flavour for people to try, but not sure about ingredient amounts for these sizes. If anyone can helpwith this I would really appreciate it

http://www.cakeflix.com/blog/how-to-work-out-what-size-cake-tin-to-use will help you convert your recipes for the tin size you want to use. There is a ready reckoner or the Cakeometre, both tools are easy to use. Hope this helps.
