is there a way to increase the volume

I have the same problem when watching on my laptop but if I view with headphones the volume is much better, in fact I have to turn it down.

if you go to Control Panel (through START on my PC), one of the options I get is Sounds and Audio Devices. I had my sound turned up full on my screen, but was able to change it through the Control Panel to even louder.
