thickened cream or just fresh cream

which cream is suitable for gnache? thickened cream (35% milk fat) and has vegetable gums added or just fresh cream(35%) milk fat nothing added?

You can use thickened cream if you like but it may set up a bit too firm so might be best to use fresh cream.
