Welcome to the Cake Decorators Q&A

I found the template for cutting the tractor cake; however, I was wondering how deep the cake is before you begin cutting it to size. Thanks!

From the video the cake looks about 4″ deep. By the time it’s been cut into stacking pieces I think the cake at it’s heighest point is approx 9″. I’m just going by Paul’s dialogue and the stacking. Hope this helps.
