traditional christmas cake ingredients

does anyone know the tools and ingredients needed to do this course?. Their not listed on the course page.

Hi elanorf

Here are the ingredients and tools used for the traditional Christmas cake tutorial:

6″ matured fruit cake
White sugar paste
White marzipan
Dark, milk and white modelling chocolate for the wreath and other decorations
Dark green sugar paste for the board
Small quantity of red sugar paste for berries
Approx 1 metre 15mm gold ribbon if using 10″ cake drum
6″ cake card
A selection of PME plunger cutters eg triple holly, snowflake
