Hi Everyone,

please can someone tell me how much cocoform Paul has used to make the decorations? I have tried searching the Q & A to no avail and there is no list of ingredients on the video section? Many Thanks,

I made the Tradition Christmas cake last year and used 300gms of fondant which was far too much. I reckon a 500gm pack of cocoform would do it. The decorations are not made from thickly rolled out cocofrom and if you look at the bow, it isn’t really very big, it just looks it! I also made small poinsettia flowers which I included onto the wreath and I had loads of fondant left over. x
