Hi, I have frozen a load of your truffles and am wondering how long they will keep once defrosted and coated in chocolate ?

Made from fresh cake and frozen I think they would last for as long as any cake, approximately 4 days. The chocolate will have sealed the cake so should stay moist inside. I suspect they would be fine for longer if kept refrigerated in an airtight container. If kept in the fridge bring to room temperature an hour or so prior to need as they will form dew which will disperse once up to temperature.
