Do you mean a turtle or a tortoise? I can’t find a tutorial but here http://www.the-cake-lovers.com/man-riding-turtle-cake/ is a really great image to give you some ideas. There are many tutorials in google but they are mainly for children’s cakes. To see the tutorials search ‘how to make a turtle cake’ or ‘how to make a tortoise cake’. Sorry I can’t help more.
