unable to view

Hi I signed up for the free tutorials that’s just recently ended I tried to watch some of your tutorials but the videos constantly froze … I’ve seen on another cake support group I was not alone with this issue. I’m reluctant to purchase any tutorials now.
Your advice opinion on this matter would be appreciated.

Sorry to hear that you experienced issues with the videos freezing during the free weekend. While our video and website hosts had been forewarned of the offer none of us had any idea at just how popular it would become.

We have a server professional looking at the logs of both the video and website hosts and we will be sure to act on their recommendations to ensure that higher traffic volumes won’t have an impact on playback speeds in future.

Recently we adjusted the default playback from HD to the same playback speeds as Youtube, with an option to select HD. However, there is still an option to select a lower playback speed for anyone with slow broadband issues.

If you take out a paid membership or purchase a tutorial and report any playback issues within 28 days then we would refund the payment immediately.

I would be grateful if you could re-post this reply to anyone else who had the same issues.

Thanks for taking the time to let us know and not just writing it off as a back experience and giving us the opportunity to address things and I promise we will.
