Hi am trying to do this but it looks as though I will be charged the full £99 rather than £37 – as I’ve already paid for the premium a few days ago…so it seems wrong to pay £99?
If anyone can help it’d be much appreciated. I’ve emailed help desk but guessing they don’t work wkend & the sale ends tonight so I’d be gutted if I missed Out!

Hi there,

I want to upgrade from Premium to Pro but my Premium doesn’t expire to February, is it best I wait until Feb to upgrade or what happens if I upgrade to pro today, I pay a full £99 and it starts from today for 1 year.

Please email [email protected] explaining as you have here and a team from customer service will be able to amend your membership. I should think the remainder of your exisiting membership will be taken into consideration towards the upgrade. Hope this helps.
