Wedding cake stand

I am asked to do a wedding cake and provide stand as in pic attached as their theme is all white, lace and pearls. the cake is for 75 people hence I was thinking tiers of 9″ and 7″ with tall tier of 5″
My questions are is this size ok?
and also will the stand like this be able to sustain weight of wedding cake?? Or where else can I hunt for wedding cake stand

Many thanks

Hello Baker06

The suppliers of the cake stand in the link you have set are local to me. I have just spoken with them to enquire how much weight the stand can take. They don’t know the answer but have suggested you order it and if it is not satifactory they will refund you. They have a courier service for returns which costs just over £3.00 and they include a returns label.
To calculate how much weight a stand will take please have a look at my answer to another member here:

Glass pedestal cake stand

Read through everything there to calculate the weight of the cakes which you are making. If you have any problems with the calculations please get back to me and I’ll try and help.

ps If you google ceramic cake stands you’ll see hundreds of different sizes and styles.
