Hi – can anyone explain what isomalt is and what it is used for. Thanks in advance.

Hi its a sugar substitute. It comes in crystalised pieces which you melt down to a syrup – its boiling temp is extremley hot so you do need to invest in a prop jug that can withstand the heat.. you then use it in moulds to create edible gems, glass bottles and cake decorations etc.
