what temperature

Hi, I am making Paul’s chocolate cake recipe. Is the oven temperature of 150 degrees the temperature for a fan oven or do I need to change this accordingly? Many thanks. x

Hello mosie49

The temperature is for a non fan oven. I bake in a fan oven and reduce my temperature by 20 degrees. You’ll know your own oven for the adjustment.
