which cocoa powder to use??

hi I was wondering if any one can help me please I watched the tutorial for the moist chocolate cake and Paul recommended the roundtrees cocoa powder I understand that nestle have taken over this since but I am still unable to find the nestle cocoa powder does anyone know a cocoa powder that works as good as please ?

Hi there. I use Bourneville Cocoa in a red cardboard tin. Usually about £1.80 a tin in the supermarkets, and I have just bought Sainsbury’s own label (not Basic) to try – well, you’ve got to do market research on chocolate!!

Hi, I usually use tesco own brand cocoa ( simply because that’s my local supermarket) and that’s always been ok too.

I bought Rowntrees cocoa in Morrisons a couple of weeks ago.

Yeah they still sell rountrees in morrisons, I definitely prefer it to any of the others.
