Hello,

I am making my first white chocolate ganache for a plain sponge. How will a good quality white chocolate with vanilla taste? Will it be too sweet? Any advice will be really appreceated….Sarah x

It’ll taste really lovely. If you enjoy eating white chocolate with vanilla then you’ll like the ganache. The vanilla adds another dimension to the sweetness of just plain white chocolate which can sometimes taste very sugary.
