What is the surface of your work table I see you don’t use any mats and nothing seems to stick and you cut on it. I need this table!

The board which Paul is using is non stick and can be bought online from cake decorating stores or ebay and Amazon. If you type in the above search box ‘green board’ you see lots of answers from other members and where to buy. The black table has a granite work surface and can be bought in any kitchen fitting store.
