When you say melted chocolate do you mean a shiny ganache, or tempered chocolate wraps made on frozen marble or melted chocolate wraps made on acetate?
Out of all of these I would say modelling chocolate would be easiest although I would add sugarpaste with it to make it more pliable and also for economy reasons. I like Squire’s kitchen modelling chocolate it just seems to have the edge on others. There’s also Chocopan which comes in different colours and flavours like this
