can any one recommend the best sugar diamonds ?
The ones I have tried go very cloudy
would it be safe to use inedible diamonte ?

It’s ok to use inedible diamantes, however for safety reasons let the recipient of the cake know how many have been used and exactly where they have been placed. If I use non edibles on my cakes I write a list of the items and ask the recipient to sign off that they have understood the removal instructions. Hope this helps.
