On the cheveron cake tutorial Paul mentions that you can do sharp corners on the fondant using the upside down method. Please can you explain or will there be a tutorial coming out soon showing this method.

If you watch the Antique Pot, Lesson 12, towards the end of the lesson Shawna shows you how to get sharp edges.
The same method can be used for round cakes.
