Hi
Does anyone know if Renshaw Chocolate Sugarpaste is gluten free? I’m just a bit worried as it says cocoa powder on the ingredients. Are there any sugarpastes that are NOT suitable for gluten free cakes or are the common brands that we use in the UK fine for gluten free cakes? I have some Beau sugarpaste and some M&B sugarpaste and some Renshaw, so please let me know if any of these are not suitable.

All sugarpastes are not necessarily gluten free, it depends how and where they are manufactured. It’s a lot more complex than we think.
It would be impossible to give you every brand which was gluten free. I did a quick google search and found a few here:

As you can see from the search there are many gluten free sugarpastes to choose from. All of these manufacturers will have had to satisfy a particular manufacturing criteria to be deemed as such.
