How long do I cook, 6in round and 3 in deep please.

I’ve baked this recipe in a 6 inch pan for 1hr and 30 minutes on 130c fan or 150c non fan on the middle shelf. I find the non fan function produces a better cake. The fan function seems to burn the top due to its high sugar content. If you don’t have a non fan function in your oven, enclose your tin with a larger tin to protect it from the circulating heat from the fan. Alternatively, place a tray on the shelf above the shelf the cake is being baked on. As always, because all ovens vary, your oven might bake more quickly or it may take a little longer.
