Hi does any one have a good modeling chocolate receipe? I want to make Pauls Hallowen monster. Many thanks for any help

There are thousands of modelling chocolate recipes online, each one is very similar to the other with small varions. If you’re making models and you want to eat them I would suggest using Merckens candy melts, I think they taste better than the Wilton’s which are horribly sweet. Merckens make a Super white which colours up really well or just get the ready coloured. See them here:
