can any one tell me life spam of one kept in the fridge

Roulade is very light sponge which can dry out extremely quickly especially in the fridge. It really isn’t meant to be kept for more than a couple of days. If you wrap it up in a little clingfilm it might last reasonably well for approximately three days.
