Paul starts by discussing all the delicious ingredients, but don’t worry if you don’t have everything on the list as this design has plenty of scope to be flexible. To start, you will need 5x 6″ round cakes at 1″ depth. There are plenty of recipes to choose from in the BAKING section. You will then learn how to make smooth buttercream before going on to properly layer a stacked cake. Paul then creates a delicious chocolate ganache for the drip effect and finishes with a range of sweet treats.
