1. Ganaching the pigs

Molly used her amazing Creator Creator moulds to create a standing and lying down animal shapes, which will be turned into our Pigs in Wedlock.  Alternatively you can carve the shapes from 2x 10” square cakes using rice krispie treats for the head. Once you have the desired shape, it’s just a case of covering with a thin layer of ganache.

5. Adding the ears and eyes

We are starting to build the characters now as the eyes get added. The eyes say a lot about the character so the direction and look will help to determine whether we have happy, intrigued or annoyed pigs. Molly opts to have the bride looking very happy with herself, with the groom looking on in a disapproving manner.
